With the launch of the official Kadett Rallye in November 1966, Opel re-enforced its sporting success, introducing the forerunner to a whole number of fast Opel compact models, including the present-day Astra OPC. The list of victories racked up by Kadetts and Astras throughout the years is almost endless. Suffice it to say, our cars are as fast on the road as they are on gravel.
